John William Duffy, a 40-year resident of Cloverdale, passed away at the age of 93 on April 4, 2023. He was born May 15, 1929 in Haydock, England to an English mother and Irish father. After earning a Higher Level National Certificate, John joined the Royal Air Force and later traveled the world. He eventually landed in San Carlos, CA where he met and married Louise Nadine Kroeck (deceased). They moved to Cloverdale in 1983 and became active community members. John was a quiet and thoughtful man, content to read, walk, and draw. He will be sorely missed by his friends and family. As per his request, no service will be held.
