February 9, 1962 – July 17, 2022

After a long and courageous battle, Kimberly Anne (Hatcher)
Roux succumbed to cancer. She was 60 years of age. Born February 9, 1962 in Norfolk
Virginia, the daughter of a
Naval Officer, the family moved several times before
settling in Healdsburg in 1972. Attending Westside
Elementary, Healdsburg Jr. High, then Healdsburg High School where she was a part of the cheer/song
leaders throughout high school. After graduating in 1980 she worked, got married and had a son, Vernon Jakob, whom she adored. After raising her son as a single mother,
she found her career in banking and finance working at Exchange Bank, Summit State Bank, and SoFi, where
she excelled until a year ago.
Kim enjoyed animals as a member of local 4-H clubs. She showed horses, goats, and of course pigs. Her love for the pig would never die, carrying it thru to her adult life. She won numerous awards and trophies for her show animals.
She loved hiking and the outdoors, never taking for
granted the beauty of this area. She was a talented artist and loved life. Preceded in death by her father Vernon,
Kim is survived by her mother Dorothy, son Jake,
brothers Ken (Becky), Brian (Melanie Fivella), sister Renee
(Mauraan), granddaughters Kylie and Bianca, her one and only fur baby Chloe, and countless relatives and close friends. Kim was a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Kim on October 9th, 2022 12-4:30, Martorana Winery, 5956 West Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg, CA 95448.
