I read an article recently by Pete Golis and he said “millions of Americans are choosing not to return to their old jobs” referring to the last 20 months. And it made me think about my own life in the last 20 months. Some changes I’ve been forced to make due to circumstances beyond my control and some changes I’ve made by choice. The pandemic has changed shopping habits, religious service attendance, service club participation, Holiday gatherings with friends and family
and I have uncluttered spaces in my house that I have been putting off for years. How has your life changed? This
Thanksgiving, I am thankful for change, thankful for rain, thankful for new babies in the family and thankful as always for friends. I hope everyone has a very special Thanksgiving Holiday, gathering with friends and family for an abundant meal and has a chance to go around the table and share what you’re grateful for this year. And just as important, a heartfelt Veterans Day salute to my bonus son, Rico and my late father Bob. Thank you to all who have served.
I’ll see you around town!
