The Board of Directors for CPP was very sad not to have been able to hold Courtney’s Pumpkin Patch this past year due to the COVID restrictions. It has been a tough past year for all of us and so many wonderful events cancelled and missed.
We are happy to report that due to this supportive community, Courtney’s Pumpkin Patch was able to gift 13 care baskets to cancer patients in our community and present “The Courtney Jade Davis Memorial Scholarship” to two very deserving seniors. Logan Axell and Alyssa Moffett.
Our sincere thanks for donations this past year goes to: CD Grant/Eric Neel, Joe Rock, Thomas King/Dobie Edmunds, Kathryn Dogali in memory of Sherry Donahoo and George Dogali, Kay Staretz, Ron and Jane Pavelka in memory of Al King, Brandt Insurance Agency, The Blackbaud Giving Fund/Your Cause/ PG&E, Kurt and Karie Kelder, Mike and Robin Dunsing, MaryJo Winter, Sharon Pastori, Joan Trimble and Jaemi Rose in memory of Frank Rose, Will Jopson, Jeff Mogannam, Geraldine Giovannetti, Corb and Marcia Flick, JoAnn Woosley, Julie Carter in memory of Greg Carter.
A big shout out and much appreciation goes to Chris and Kathy Cross and the Back Road Rejects Motorcycle Club for putting on the Courtney’s Pumpkin Patch Run on June 20th. It was a lot of fun and over $2,000.00 was raised for Courtney’s Pumpkin Patch.
Also, thank you to Patrick King and all of the staff at the Soil King Garden Center for hosting the Back Road Rejects to benefit Courtney’s Pumpkin Patch. Thank you to the Cloverdale Roadrunners for being there and showing your support. And, a big thank you to all the donors and to everyone who attended. We are thankful and appreciative for your contributions and support.
We are so pleased to announce that we will be having Courtney’s Pumpkin Patch this year on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021. This year, we will be branching out on our own at the east side parking lot of the Dahlia & Sage market. Lots of pumpkins as usual, food and wine, live music and fun activities for the kids. See you there!
