Virginia Anne Carter known as Anne to most, passed away at her home in Cloverdale on October 23, at age 69. She is survived by her husband Robert Carter, her children Michael & Tracy Raborn, Stephanie & Steve Treankle, Rhonda Mariani, and Christopher Carter, her grandchildren Chantel, Mariah, Nicholas, Coleman, Joseph, Erika, Nathan, Victoria, Anthony, Shianne, and Isabella, her great grandchild Ambrosine, and numerous others who considered her a second mom.
In lieu of flowers the family ask you perform a random act of kindness in her memory.
